Terry has always been a great believer in obtaining qualifications and still continues to study and pass exams and encourages his team to do likewise.
“I am very proud all of my team and the amount of business we continue to write. I believe in being very thorough in each and every sale we do and enforce the belief to the team to always put ourselves in the clients position and advise as if we ourselves were in their position. It obviously works as the majority of our business is repeat business from existing clients and recommendations”
Adam was recommended to Terry in 2002 to help arrange a mortgage on his own property, which led to a long series of discussions that ultimately led to him joining IMS in the December of that year. The first year was spent studying and gaining the CeMAP and MAQ qualifications, as well as continual ongoing training in various product and sales areas.
Over the years with IMS Adam has become fully qualified in all Protection products and has been able to help every variety of customer with their mortgage and protection requirements. Adam took on the role of Sales Manager in 2008.
Adam’s working life covers a large area as his time is split between South Birmingham and Cheltenham – and everywhere in between! He presently lives in Cheltenham and spends his social time playing football (if his legs will allow him!!) and travelling.
Jason started with NatWest Bank in 1989 working at their Promenade branch in Cheltenham and has been running his own company, Moore Mortgages Ltd which is a trading name of IMS – Insurance and Mortgage Services, for ten years specialising in mortgage and protection.
He has had the pleasure of working with many clients over the years in many areas from Gloucestershire, Wiltshire, Worcestershire, London and beyond and have enjoyed supporting them to achieve their financial objectives. He prides himself on offering a high level of customer service.
Jason is married, has two daughters, Jemima and Beatrice and lives in Churchdown.
When not working he enjoys running to try and keep fit and have an active role in Providence Baptist Chapel in Leckhampton as a Sunday School Leader.
Steve currently lives in South Wales, having relocated from the South East of England in 2010. He began working in financial services in 2011, initially as a cashier with HSBC bank. He moved through various roles, before moving over to Principality Building Society in late 2014, where he entered the broker side of mortgages. He passed his apprenticeship in banking in early 2014, gaining his certification in retail banking at the same time, and passed his CeMAP in 2017. He left his position as a corporate relationship manager in 2021, to start his own company “Mortgage for Forces Ltd” which is a trading name of IMS – Insurance and Mortgage Services.
Steve grew up the son of a soldier, who served in the British Army until 2005. Born in Germany, and having been based in places like Dorset, North Yorkshire and East Sussex, he started “Mortgages for Forces Ltd” to work closer with the community he cares so much about, and to support soldiers and their families with buying their homes, and protecting their finances.
Steve has two young children, and a partner that works for the NHS. He spends his free time hill walking in the Brecon Beacons, or riding motorbikes, often overseas to visit wargraves and museums, in places like Normandy.
